Great Friend Of Children in Need Ellie Goulding delivers an impassioned and, according to Dermot O’Leary, “magnificent” performance of her song “Army”. Judging by the lyrics, Goulding is not to be messed with – a repetition of “I’m standing with an army” – so we won’t be too harsh on her; it’s a charity event after all.

*BBC Children in Need (also promoted as Plant Mewn Angen in Wales) is the BBC’s UK charity. Since 1980 it has raised over £600 million to change the lives of disabled children and young people in the UK.

Ellie Goulding, 28, was the perfect choice to tear up the stage at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Nov. 10. The stunning British singer wowed the audience with a sexy rendition of “Love Me Like You Do” for the Ice Angels Segment.

It’s the sexiest show of the year, and Ellie was right at the front lines. The stunning singer put her amazing voice to work and performed “Love Me Like You Do” in front of a packed audience at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Obviously Ellie was undoubtedly dressed in very sexy attire as she performed surrounded by Vicki Angels.

Ellie was joined on the runway by Lais Ribeiro, who wore gigantic butterfly wings, Candice Swanepoel, who was sparkling from head to toe as well as Alessandra Ambrosio. (MORE)

Yesterday (01.11), Ellie, along with girlband Little Mix, took to the X Factor stage to kick off the first result of the live shows this series.

She treated viewers to a live performance of her new single ‘On My Mind’ and while Dougie Poynter’s girlfriend definitely gave it her all, that didn’t stop some from criticising her efforts on Twitter.

Following her performance, Ellie was subject to some harsh comments on the social media site, with many users hitting out at her live vocals.

However, Ellie hit back at the haters simply by ignoring them. While many didn’t think much of her performance that saw her dancing in front of an electric clone, others absolutely loved it. And for the record, so did Ellie.

She took to Twitter following The X Factor’s results show, tweeting: “Buzzing thank you X factor for having me #thecuriositycontinues.”

Ellie will perform her new single Army on Children In Need on Friday – November 13th!

Sir Terry Wogan will be joined by Tess Daly, Fearne Cotton, Rochelle Humes and Nick Grimshaw as they return to host the BBC Children in Need Appeal show extravaganza on Friday 13 November 2015 at 7.30pm on BBC One.

The glittering night will be broadcast live from the BBC and will play host to a star-studded line-up as they join together to help raise money for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

Multi-award-winning songstress Ellie Goulding will be live in the studio with an exclusive performance of her forthcoming single, Army, while music legend Rod Stewart will treat the audience to a performance of his new song, Way Back Home. Megastar pop princess Selena Gomez will also be performing her track Same Old Love.
